"Bottle arrived kinda beat up"
The packaging was disappointing. The box showed up looking really beat up, and the bottle itself was in kinda rough shape when I opened it.
For the price, I expected a lot more care with shipping. It was a letdown, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again

"I tried a bottle from Chimney Rock..."
I tried a bottle from Chimney Rock and, yeah, it was fine. Totally fine. The wine was smooth enough and had some good dark fruit notes going on, but it leaned a little too dry for my taste, which I am definitely being very normal about.
For the price, I guess I was expecting it to impress me a bit more. It wasn’t bad or anything, and I’m sure plenty of people would enjoy it, but I’m not exactly clearing space on my shelf for another bottle

"Didn’t quite live up to the crowd"
The place looked nice and there were enough people around that I figured it would be a solid stop, but it just felt a little off to me. The staff came across kind of cold, and compared to other tasting rooms I’ve visited, the pours felt small. Maybe the crowd was having a better time than I was, but for me it wasn’t really worth the visit.

I messaged support and they got back to me fast, which made me feel like they knew what they were doing. My question got sorted out quickly too, so I’d say it was a good experience overall

"Shipping was a lot slower than I expected"
The shipping experience was frustrating for me. The tracking info didn’t seem accurate, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was, and it ended up arriving later than expected. I get that delays happen, but it felt like the updates made it more confusing than helpful...

"Confusing site and no clear owner"
I tried to place an order, but the site was confusing. The checkout kept glitching or sending me in circles, and after about 20 minutes I just gave up. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t even clear who was responsible for the order or who to contact if something went wrong. It felt like nobody really owned the process.

"The vineyard itself was sooo and really..."
The vineyard itself was sooo and really peaceful, definitely a nice spot to sit and relax for a bit. The vibe was decent, just maybe a little too quiet for what I was in the mood for. The views were great, but overall it wasn’t super memorable for me.

"Friendly enough, but not very helpful"
The staff were nice, but they didn’t seem to know much and the whole interaction felt a bit cold. I expected a little more confidence and helpfulness
"A bit too expensive for what it is"
I really wanted to feel like this was worth the price, but i’m not totally sure it is. For me, it felt way too pricey for what I actually got. Maybe it works better for other people, but I would’ve needed a little more reassurance or value to feel good about spending the money.

"Good wine, weirdly annoying wine club"
I actually liked the wine a lot, so I feel kind of bad complaining, but the wine club itself was a hassle. The charges were a little confusing, and when I tried to cancel, it wasn’t as simple as I expected. Part of me thinks it was still nice for trying new bottles, but it didn’t feel worth the extra headache for me.
